The company is a privately held firm which is primarily engaged in the manufacture of broadwoven cotton fabrics for the outerwear and home furnishing markets. These fabrics are used in the making of men's, ladies', and children's shirts, blouses, pants, lightweight jackets, boxer shorts, and dresses. It is also used in various home-furnishing products such as terry towels, bedsheets, pillowcases, blankets, bedspreads, and other bedding accessories, table linens, dish towels, and dish rags, draperies, and upholstery fabrics and wall coverings. The company was incorporated in April of 1982 and conducts business operation from its registered head office based in Agullent, Spain.
